Martin and his team did an excellent job on our kitchen/diner extension in 2015/16 so when we decided to have all our windows replaced with new double glazing, plus a new front door, Martin was our first choice for the work. As before Martin's team did a brilliant job, with their usual good humour and attention to detail. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always tidy up each night leaving both inside and outside the house clean, safe and secure. When Martin built our extension everything went smoothly, with all the various trades people turning up when required in a seamless operation. I have recommended Martin to neighbours and friends and know that they were equally pleased with the work done for them.

I contacted MGH BuildingSolutions upon the recommendation of a scaffolder who occasionally work with MGH. I needed a new drive but was particularly concerned about the supply pipes which pass under the drive and which were being threatened by tree roots. I had contacted other firms bit I cant remember what they estimated the cost to be and in case I was not impressed by their understanding of the problems with the tree roots or my concerns about drainage
Martin understood my concerns and spent time discussing the possible options for the drive. I decided to have a paved drive
Before the work began on the drive it became obvious the the aged pebble dash on the walls of the house had become loose in places and the surface was generally unsightly. After spending time with Martin discussing the possible options I decided to have the pebble dash removed and replaced with plaster. The work in the walls followed by the work on the drive.
The work was carried out by a variety of professional craftsman, orchestrated and supervised by Martin. When a plumber was needed a plumber appeared, when a plasterer was needed a plasterer came etc, etc..
What could of been a stressful time for me was made acceptable by the manner in which the workmen carried out their tasks, the efficiency with which they worked and the way in which they tried their best to leave a tidy site at the end of each day. Martin’s regular appearance on site calmed any concerns I might have had.
I am delighted with the finished job.My house has had a complete make over!
When my bathroom needed replacing, I again contacted MGH. Martin discussed the options for a new bathroom and decisions were made. The same team of professional craftsmen came, tiled the walls and fitted the new equipment. Again I am delighted with the finished result.
All the time I have had contact with MGH I have felt confident the the workmen knew what to do and how to do it and that they all shared a pride in their work. More importantly I knew that if anything had gone wrong, or was not up to standard, that Martin would of sorted out the problem. With his advice and support I felt I was making my own decisions and not being pushed into choosing the most expensive option.
